protection the rights and interests of individuals, society and legal entities in the field of industrial and fire safety;
protection the life and health of citizens, their property and environment from accidents, fires and other emergencies;
implementation the activities in the field of industrial and fire safety;
implementation educational activities in the field of industrial and fire safety, professional training of emergency rescue services, voluntary emergency rescue and firefighting units;
unifying and involving emergency rescue and fire-fighting services, voluntary fire-fighting units and legal entities to participate in solving problems in the field of industrial and fire safety, prevention and elimination of emergency consequences;
assistance to the members of the Association in organizational, financial, economic and legal issues in the field of industrial and fire safety, civil protection, to conduct marketing research in the field of their activities and to provide results to members of the Association.
to assist in the development and implementation of state policy, targeted and other programs and projects, improvement of legislation and regulatory framework in the field of civil protection;
to promote and disseminate knowledge in the field of industrial and fire safety, protection against emergencies, preparation of the population for actions to prevent and eliminate accidents, extinguish fires, overcome the consequences of natural disasters, environmental, man-made or other disasters and accidents;
to assist in the development of volunteerism, unification and involvement of citizens in activities to prevent accidents, extinguish fires and protect emergencies;
to participate in charitable and humanitarian activities to provide assistance and support to the families of those killed and injured as a result of accidents, fires, emergencies, natural disasters, environmental, man-made and other disasters, including rescuers, firefighters and their families;
to distribute rescue and firefighting, the profession of a rescuer and firefighter, to organize and conduct sports and other events in mine rescue, firefighting and rescue sports and vocational guidance of children and youth;
to meet the information needs of citizens and organizations in technologies, systems and means of ensuring industrial and fire safety, in design, construction and installation works and services in the field of industrial and fire safety, protection from emergency situations;
to protect and represent the rights and legal interests of citizens and organizations in the field of industrial and fire safety, emergencies protection, as well as members and employees of the Association.
